Help Hospital Grade choose songs for CMJ MM Applicationé?

Hey - I could use the opinion of some folks whose judgement in music I trust. If any of you would have the time to listen to these songs and tell me which three you think should accompany our application to this year's CMJ Music Marathon, please do.

Bump because I'm going to start listening now. Play by play...

Ten Year Ring: I like the golden oldies vibe of the baseline at the beginning. But it may take a little too long to get going for my liking. I like the bridge. The vocals seem kind of poorly mixed. It's got good energy, but I feel like it could be more concise. It feels like it's ending like 3 times.

Trauma Pants: I like this. Reminds me of early Jimmy Eat World. Some of the tempo changes are a little disconcerting, but overall a stronger pick than the first track.

Under 5: You can't use this. Too instrumental to make the kind of quick impression you need. I zoned out. Which is not to say it's a bad song, just bad for our purposes today.

The Sea Will Punish Us: I had high hopes based on the name, and I think I like this song best so far. I know it's a demo, but the raw feel works. It's got the urgency and more immediate appeal that you're probably going for here. Plus it's got a great name that appeals to the current wave of pirate worship in the indie milieu.

After reading "Calling All Constellations" I stand by my choice of "The Sea..." because it's more focused and more interesting to me. It's a good bunch of songs... it sounds like you're still finding your sound, but it's developing well. Good luck getting in!

they are all fairly close in my book. I just went with the poppier sounding stuff as that is what I prefer.
