I believe I'm in the minority here as I actually like Sparta. Most people come down in favor of Mars Volta after the breakup of At The Drive In.

I think both albums are worth checking out.

i heard this same song on subterranean or something a while back. i really liked it. i hit the innernets the next day and listened to clips from this album and, other than said song, it was SO BAD.

i saw the video last week as well and then KEXP played it this morning. Thanks for the heads up. I'll likely avoid despite liking that song.
