Actually, I've heard rumors that Travolta and maybe Cruise used scientology in order to not be gay. L. Ron Hubbard apparently wasn't tolerant of gays.

Seconded. And he may not be gay, but then again he may. But that scientology is just unforgiveable. The thought of him giving it credit for things that go right, like "yeah, I totally conned that was gonna happen" or something... gives me the angry kinda goosebumps.

my theory is, that in person, jolie is so strangely attractive that he thought that jennifer would understand and was quite taken aback when she didn't.
