As a few of you know, my wife and I are expecting our fourth... Actually, we're overdue. If it doesn't come tonight or this weekend we're getting induced Monday morning, so I might be scarce around here for a few weeks. I'm sure you'll all get by without me, since I rarely contribute anything of value. 8)

We're expecting a girl, but doctors have been known to be wrong.

poice, man. and good luck with all that. Thx for the fine Tweed mix.

Oh, and you'll be back.

MAX!

Congrats early man... I hope it all goes well/smoothly/healthy.

....and just so you know, when you make it down to MKE sometime, kids are cool, but I am not watching/ and or participating in diaper changing.

Best of luck...)

Even though I'm a dad who participated in my kids' births - catching the babies, cutting the cords, etc., if I had used the phrase "WE are being induced" my wife would probably have rammed a bedpan down my throat.

Yea, I thought that sounded silly as soon as I wrote it.

Matt Max!!! I hope everything goes smoothly with your new family addition, daddy. Four kids...I guess it DOES get cold up there in Northern Michigan. Will you be naming your new daughter "Tania"? It's a nice name, I highly suggest it. ;)

I recommend fancypants. At least as a middle name.

maybe Max is from one of those cultures where they tie a lasso around the father to be's nut sack and give the mother to be the other end of the rope to pull whenever she's having contractions so the father can participate in the pain of child birth. If so, then he deserves to be able to use the term WE

Either way, good luck and all with it.

Felicitations, guy.

I think we might have to remove Tim's title of "most fecund" and transfer it to you, as well.

And, hope the birth goes quickly. Mine -- meaning, when I parted the womb -- took about six hours (all labor included), but only an hour or so in hospital... But, that said: I was practically born in the backseat of my parents's Plymouth Horizon. (So, Back_Space, Papertiger, et. al.: if you Milwaukee folk are considering buying a used Horizon, cream coloured, think twice. Think twice.)
