odds are I'll bail on at least one of these (helloooooo sunday) but we'll see. also, i'm supposed to deliver flowers all day sunday and make dessert for my grandmother/aunt/sisters so yeah i'll wanna die by monday morning. what about y'all?

oh, geez, I'm too tired to think about this weekend (husband's b-day celebration was last night, and then got woken by a jarring telephone call from his father this morning).

tonight- sleep
saturday - 30 mile bike ride and beer consumption
sunday - sleep some more

I'm going to walk the length of the River Kelvin (possibly with a bindle with sandwichs in).

study tonight. take Con Law final in the morning on Saturday. Study the rest of the day on Saturday and Sunday.

this weekend is going to be busy, busy, busy. and i'm still not 100% recovered from coachella either.

tonite- going to see thievery corp. after, i have to stop by a club that's doing a tribute for my friend who passed away... he was supposed to spin tonight, but yeah.

tomorrow- catch an early flight to seattle. work from 3pm - midnight or somethin like that at this stupid car show.

sunday- meet up w/mom for brunch (first time i get to spend mother's day with her in seven years) then head back to la in the afternoon. finish this stupid paper.

Tonight: Not sure. Maybe some Home Movies and Halo 2 and beer. Could possibly go out, but want to take it relatively easy because...
Tomorrow: Golf and then my friend's bachelor party. Debauchery a go-go.

Tonight - Playing Whirley Ball with a bunch of folks in celebration of a friend who's leaving Chicago.

Saturday - Sleep off the hangover, watch the Kentucky Derby, go to the Old 97s at Park West in the evening.

Sunday - Sleep late, go to the gym, lay around on the couch, etc.

Tonight: Going out with coworkers to celebrate a birthday (not mine)
Saturday: Shopping, getting vacation stuff, buy something for mi madre
Sunday: Take mi madre out for breakfast, shopping a bit more, maybe some carne asada in the late afternoon/early evening

Fri: Chill and play some Halo2
Sat: Suit / Jacket shop for a wedding next month
Sun: Food shopping

tonight: kareoke b-day for a friend. copious amounts of alcohol might result in me actually trying this sh*t for the first time.

tomorrow: enforced laziness. probably spend the evening with my man.

all told it's not a bad weekend.

strangely: I'm sooooooo happy to not have to dj tonight, (I quit that gig, at least for the time being).

oh yeah... it's a "no-caps" kinda weekend.

Sleep, sleep, and more sleep. I'm exhausted.

i envy you. this thing called sleep- what's that? gawd it's been such a loooong week.

Tonight: Go to awesome Mexican restaurant for Dad's bday this evening. Have some Margaritas with the satisfaction of knowing I can drink on a friday night finally and not have to wake up at 7am.

Tomorrow: Sleep in for the first saturday in over two months because I don't have to work them anymore. Go in late morning and train young lad that is working the desk on weekends, but only train for an hour. Relax. Run to grocery store. Read, hang out at home. Get ready and go see Wilco. Enjoy Wilco.

Sunday: Mommy's day. Go to brunch for mom and with siblings. Then hang out with Charlie and Josh rest of the day and night.

I've been a little lacking in this department lately too.

5pm-8pm email, phone calls, embarrasing visit to one of those online "chat boards" for music nerds.

8pm - Out cold

I can't think of a single thing I have going on this weekend....I guess that could be a good thing.

Sunday: Write paper, prepare presentation

Last nite: drink HEAVILY with my neighbor
today: Fly to Evansville, tell a bunch of lies, miss the derby, though its less than 2 hrs. away. Fly home, Drink HEAVILY with neighbor, or by myself
tomorrow: call my mom, go eat spaghetti at some ladies' house.

Today, work, as usual.

But on the way to work, I'm gonna buy a machete. No one can ride tomorrow (Mum's Day), so I'm gonna go up to the lake & do some trail work.

If I'm not posting here by Monday, I'm probably up there on the trail, bleeding to death.

I'm leaving in an hour to get a new windshield for work truck. Doing some shopping while I wait. Tonight we're going out for dinner with my parents for my birthday/mother's day celebration. Then we're seeing the Magnolia Electric Co. Woo Hoo!

Tomorrow is spring cleaning day. Booo-ring.

i'm in puerto rico for mother's day. my mom wanted to visit me in chicago and i was like, "no way!" so, i ended up here instead. uh... it's not so bad yet. there've only been a few arguments/tantrums.
