I saw a 7" at Reckless Records about a month ago that had some white, naked, Ted Nuggent looking dude with a mullet whacking it in the middle of a desert highway.Probably should've been banned, but it was hysterical. It was only a dollar... I should've bought it and gave it as a Christmas present to some unexpecting relative.

this dubstar album caused controversy because it either looks too much like or is supposed to symbolize a vagina.

also the 80s punk band Ism had a much more graphic birth cover art, i'm assuming it got the same treatment as Chumbawamba's "Anarchy"

I seem to remember Tori Amos releasing an album with a picture of her breast feeding a piglet on the front. I maybe mistaken though.

I never left. I've got over 200 reviews and I'm slowly getting my entire CD/LP collection logged and rated. But I'm not exactly dedicated to the task - it's taken a couple years just to get through to the F's.

The Moby Grape is an obvious one.
The Butcher's Block is really cheating since it was never really released, nor was it supposed to be.

The one I'm surprised didn't make it was the infamous "Mom's Apple Pie" album with the genetalia drawn into the missing pie slice.

Here's one that got all remaining copies of the CD not only recalled but smashed into little tiny pieces (linked because it's NSFW and this isn't the Anything Goes forum):

John Oswald's Plunderphonics

Though the fact that the CD was made entirely of uncleared samples has something to do with it being crushed, too.
