Super-Size Me was a decent idea with horrible execution. I liked the Jared from Subway scene, just to expose him for the corporate shill-as-health-nut-for-hire that he is, but the rest was pretty bogus.

This show looks horrible- Gee, I wonder what would happen if we spent a month without electricity. Would we appreciate what we had more?

PBS already did this.
