when people get things simply because of who they're related to. Like Bush is president because his father was. There's a phrase for it that's escaping me! I'll delete this shit once I get an answer. :oops:

And Noelle Bush was Press Secretary. And Neil Bush was White House Chief of Staff.

Yeah - Nepotism works. Of course, some people might use things like: The Black Hand, La Cosa Nostra, Soprano Style, Ol' Boy Network. . .

In GWB's case, "Ol' Boy Network" is probably most applicable.
