Anyhow, Futureheads and Longwave are both playing free in-stores at the NW 23rd Music Millennium on Friday, June 17. Futureheads start at 6, and Longwave plays at 7. Probably be wise to get there early, if you are interested.

haven't heard much of futureheads but I do like the Longwave album I have.

Damn, Damn, Damn.....so are Longwave playing PDX that night? I'm headed down from Seattle this weekend for Father's day(My parents live North of McMinnville) - were it not for a Mariners vs Mets game that we are going to Friday night I'd LOVE to catch the free preformance as well as the later club show...but alas we aren't going to leave Seattle until Saturday AM due to the game. And we probably won't go to the show up here on Thurs as we just don't get out much on work nights anymore....

edit: never mind... I missed the part where you said you weren't leaving Seattle til Saturday a.m. Nope, Longwave is not playing later, they're playing Portland on Thursday, the night before the free in-store.
