Any recommendations? I'm thinking as many eel hand rolls as I can handle.

That's a good way to ruin your new colostomy bag. Beware.

I was thinking more along the lines of bad saba. Possibly urban myth, but I've heard of those 'all-you-care-to-gorge' places can turn up some rancid pieces of 'fish'. Those toxins will bring any man to a knee. I'd play it safe and dish out a few extra ducketts at the Chinese buffet. At least you'll know you'll only be out of commission for a solid 12-24 hrs.

Spidercrab roll...mmmm. Fuck it, give me straight sashimi. Tuna, yellowtail, salmon, albacore...ok, now you've done it. I'm having sushi for lunch today.

Word. When I win the lottery, I'm employing a F/T sushi chef at my home.

wrong. its a really clean fill. Not like you're throwing back a ton of deep fried greasy stuff. you definitely have to know the place you're eating at because some use some subpar seafood. I've had all-you-can-eat sushi 20 times and never once been ill.

Remember, you can order in shifts - you needn't order all at once. Loosen your belt, drink all you can sake, and reconsider the menu. Repeat.

Sorry, hon, but all I know how to cook is toast. Still, I think you'd be a wonderful boss, so let me know if you ever have an opening for a toast chef.

pretty good....some of it was sketchy, like the "octopus," but overall it was great. some very creative rolls (dynamite with crunchies and some great spiciness involved), good tempura. extremely satisfied. it's the kind of thing i can only gorge on like once a month, but it was awesome.
