I spend way too much time at this place. It's almost like a second home for my friend and me.

Anyone else a fan of these joints?

I used to go all the time but got a little burned out. I still think their wings are the best around and love that Smokey Southwestern sauce.

If I'm just having a beer, I'd rather go to a dankier bar.

I think they must be one of the fastest-growing chains in the food industry. We went from having one or two in town to 10-12 over the past couple of years.

The Good: Wings, lots of TVs, Golden Tee, big beers
The Bad: often full of obnoxious frat boys, big chain, horrible jukebox

We'd drive from Cleveland to Sharon, PA for Quaker Steak and Lube. Now they've got one in Avon.

I was never a huge fan of BW3's clientele. We'd go to the Euclid Tavern, god rest her soul, for 10 cent wing night. Those were fantastic.

Wingdome here in Seattle has great wings and wing related stuff - there are like 4 or 5 different locations :) Plus they have AWESOME potato wedges :)

Thank you, sir. I was trying to figure out what I wanted for dinner tonight, and the jizzingly good Roman Sandwich from Cluck-U has won the contest.

Places like these hold no weight in a city like Chicago.

Coop DeVille in Oxford, Mississippi is superb 3 AM drunken fare.

The Bulldog in Ruston, LA was phenomenal, if only open for a year or so.

i LOVE buffalo wild wings! (we always call it BW-3s though)
i go there ALL THE TIME!

can't beat great lakes on tap. (well, unless you go TO great lakes. ha ha.)

love playing the ntn trivia there too!

i've never been to quaker steak....that avon one is pretty close to me. but....it's always so crowded....and doesn't really seem like an atmosphere i'd enjoy.

BW3s is alright. I go there to catch sporting events sometimes since I only get about 6 channels here at home. Lots of frat boy meatheads, as mentioned earlier.

Speaking of frat boy meatheads, is anyone outside of Florida familiar with the "Ale House" chain of restaurants (for example: Jensen Beach Ale House)? Almost every city in FL has at least one and they full up with these frat boy meatheads. I've got no use for that place.

no doubt! especially after you've had a few beers.

i once totally RAWKED the sports trivia one sunday night. i completely kicked everyone in the place's ass. (which is HILARIOUS since i know NOTHING about sports.) my friends were going nuts. the one even took a pic of the screen because it was so unbelievable. (i can't find the picture now though. :( )

good times!

i avoid that place like the plague.

also, don't you people have killer hole in the wall wing joints? a chain wings place? fuck that.

best wings i've ever had is an outside bar / restaurant called Sandbar here in West Palm. if you drove past it, you'd think it was a dive. but once you get past the fenced in area and onto the patio, it's fucking heaven. run by a couple from munich, germany of all places, they've got the tastiest, meatiest, hottest wings i've ever tried. literally perfect every time i've had them. spill back 2 Spatens [or any of the 12 german beers on tap] and start off with some conch fritters......that's livin'. my friends and i have made it a bi-weekly friday ritual.

I love chicken as much as anyone without a beastiality jones, but I've NEVER understood the appeal of the chicken wing. There's like, 2 molecules of meat on those things...you have to eat 80 of 'em to fill up.

Feh...gimme a good ol' fried chicken dinner anyday.
