Guilty Verdict Reached in Tyco Trial

NEW YORK (Reuters) - The jury in the trial of former Tyco International Ltd. Chief Executive Dennis Kozlowski and finance chief Mark Swartz on Friday reached a verdict of guilty of one count of grand larceny.

The jury in State Supreme Court in Manhattan returned their verdict on the 11th day of deliberations. This is the second time the two men have been tried. The first trial ended in a mistrial last year.

i'm pretty sure they're different tycos. i believe that the toy car tyco is a subsidiary of hot wheels.
