So after my wedding this weekend (which could, but will not, inspire isn't own depraved thread elsewhere) I got to hit Eide's in Pittsburgh, which is pretty much the greatest store ever conceived. I mean, they sell old TV guides for chissakes. Anyways, I got to pick up some new and fun shit like:

Deadman - Kingdom Come Edition
super nerdy, yes, but I enjoy a good smartass dead person.

Zombie
I've still never seen this move, possible the only Zombie movie I can say this about. unfortunately.

2 DVD set, again proving that while i don't want children, I will have enough cartoons to raise them without ever even having to learn names. My parents got rid of cable when i wa. Cs 6 because of this show.

Man Man's album, which i have only had one chance to listen to so far. it's OUT THERE.

I also got the "deluxe" 2 DVD version of the Let It Be movie, which includes outtakes and even more footage of the Beatles hating the shit out of each other and trying to figure out how to end things.

I also got some Pavement bootleg that i'm already pissed about wasting my money on. oh well, c'est la vie.

That looks like a cool store. I have tons of super nerdy action figures.

Zombie is kind of slow but it has one of the best/most uncomfortable gore scenes ever.

i've got very few (usually japanese crap that i think looks funny, the motorcycle from Akira, Run DMC, classic monster kubricks) but they're set up in various spots around my place as a warning to potential robbers that i don't have shit worth stealing unless they're 5 and have a serious cartoon jones.

I have a bunch of action figures still in their boxes back at my parents house. I should go through them and try and sell some of the shit I don't care about anymore.

Pretty good. But did they have Trapdoor or Count Duckula?

BTW if you do a Google Image search for Trapdoor you get pictures of really horrible Australian spiders. Anyway...

He's Deadman! He's dead. He's not always a skeleton, but he is always funny. and dead. that is imparitive.

and it was someone else's wedding. Looking at that now i realize that doesn't sound like it though. i'd probably not go shopping on the morning after my wedding. thanks, though.

I thought that was strange but figured maybe you got a bunch of money for the wedding and had time to kill before leaving on your honeymoon or something.
