The menu at your restaurant looks great! This dish, in particular caught my eye:
Quote:
Sangria Pollo
Spanish sangria marinated breast of chicken with a raisin orange walnut salsa.

MAN, that sounds good!
If I'm ever in Belize...

Thanks, Todd, that is secretly known as "the purple chicken" and has been on the menu since the beginning (the menu morphs as we notice what sells/doesn't)
Lobster season opened last week, so we are whipping up lobster crepes, lobster over mango buerre blanc with avocado mango cilantro salsa, etc, this week. Friday is still paella night.....
come on down, the musical menu is better than most.

PS: Anyone from Arizona in here?
If so, look for an upcoming story on Belize in AZ Food lifestyles, I would pay you for a copy

The restaurant's site has just been revised, so all you "CommaNazis" might want to check in and see if I blundered anywhere before it gets too many hits.
thanks in advance!
Chris

btw: how come there's no spelling check function in HTML?

I should buy one of your paintings for the dining room before you are famous. Then I can say, " yeah, I knew her in the early years..." tres cool style when guests see your work.

I've never sold anything. I know i'm young but hey, it would be cool to do so.
For Christmas gifts, I thought of doing paintings or drawings for acquaintances of mine. People I talk to every now and then but I don't see outside of the workplace, outside of places I decide to go and talk to them there, etc.
I don't know though. That's a different story anyways.

I want to try it all.
Still sounds delicious.

Current dishes that are leaping out at me:

PAPAYA SALSITA
Zesty blend of fresh papaya, red onion, Belizean honey and habanero pepper
on cream cheese bruschetta

SEAFOOD BISQUE
Creamy blend of shrimp or lobster in a rice and tomato base soup ~ topped with a crispy cheese toast

BRAISED STUFFED PORK LOIN and POLENTA
Pork loin marinated in a piquant pesto stuffed with chorizo slices and pimento, then braised and served with a griddle fried polenta wedge

DAMN!!!
