Has she tried all browser/system configurations? OS9 IE/Netscape and OSX IE/Firefox/Netscape. It's probably been mentioned already, but as a Mac user, I've had something similar happen before.

Can she ping the site ?

Start, Run, (then type) cmd and then enter. At a command prompt type ping www.obner.org and see if she gets a reply.

Is it possible the IP for Obner got hijacked on her computer (it's a recent virus that's going around)? What does she get for an IP address when she pings Obner? Or NSLookup, if she can do that?
