Nice to finally meet ya! How did you know who I was though? Was it the energetic 8 yr old waving furiously at Josh?? lol

So james was at the Folk and Roots fest in Lincoln Square sponsored by Josh's work Old Town school of Folk music. Riviera was playing there and after the show this very tall guy walks up to me and asks if I'm Jen. Charlie was with me and waving furiously at Josh calling his name, that's the only giveaway I can think of.

Very cool.

I was on the outskirts of the festival (just south of Montrose), but I never ended up wandering inside.

O-Zo-Mat-Li! I still didn't meet the infamous Z. Too bad too because my friends were over a hour late, so I was just sitting around solo for a while..

I enjoyed the festival, but didn't want to see girls with hairy arm pits.

before their set, i heard a kid yell "that's my stepdad" and thought it was funny because i would probably never draw attention to being related to either of my step-parents in public. then i was like, "oh, i might post on a messageboard with that kid's mother." so, um, i figured out who the kid was attached to and took a stab that turned out to be correct. (and i don't think of myself as tall.)

and i do apologize for not running into dmb again. (what's your first name? that'll probably make it easier to approach you the next time i see you at a show.) i spent most of the night sitting way in the back. ozomatli was pretty good, but the piña coladas were excellent.

Ah see, I'm short James, very short. So anyone taller then me is considered very tall. :lol:

Oh and charlie, yeah, he loves Josh and he's very proud of letting people know it.

I leave Boston in 20 days. There will probably be a several day stop before I hit Chicago though.
