 Post subject: A queston for all Netflix users

I have emailed netlilx this question a few times but never get an anwser. I'm just curious if this happens to you guys.

There are times when I mail back all 3 dvds back. More times than it should, Netflix will email me stating that they recveived 2 of the 3 and will not email for another couple of days that got the third one.

I've also noticed this. Recently, instead of sending me two dvds at once, Netflix scheduled one dvd to reach me the very next day when the other dvd was'nt scheduled to arrive until 3 days.


Does this happen to anyone else?

I just mailed 2 dvd's back at the same time last week. One arrived like 2 days after I mailed it, the other one apparently didn't get there for 6-7 days. Kinda shady.

This has happened more than once for me.

What I did recently was report a problem with the disc they did not recv. I advised them that the dvd was mailed back over a week ago.
By doing that, they mailed me another (disc that was in my que) the following day.

does anyone else rip and burn everything they get from netflix? i get them in the mail, and usually have them sent back out the same day.

i wonder if they're suspicious. maybe i should wait a day or so.

oh, and i've never had a problem with mailings. in fact, i'm surprised at how fast they send stuff...sometimes with a day. they must have distribution centers all over the place, and one must be local or very close to me.

The shipping and recieving end is definitely inconsistent. I've never had to wait for more than 2-3 days to recieve movies after returning others.
I have reported 2 movies missing (seperate occaisions) that just never showed up.

The DVDs come from different areas in the country. If your local Netflix warehouse doesn't have a copy of the DVD you're looking for, they arrange for it to arrive from another one. Just check out the mailing addresses on the red envelope and you'll see. It usually happens with obscure titles.
