Friday looks like a winner. Stan Ridgway does a great live show. It's most likely him and his wife, with perhaps another guitar. He spins great stories as he's setting up his songs, and plays around with the delivery of some of his "classics".

what are the dates again, Radcliffe? This might be worthwhile, and if it coincides with the hubby's cycling trip, I could potentially head up for the weekend.

edit: nevermind, it's September 2-5. I don't think that's going to work for me. We'll see.
