So I missed out on seeing "The Island" last night... we didn't get there early enough, and it was first come/first serve, so we got turned away. I did get another free pass for this movie though, that will be screened next week. Looks very interesting-- rugby by quadriplegics.

I've got a free pass for Fantastic Four, so I'm seeing that tonight. I've heard it's not very good.

I just saw Howl's Moving Castle...the animation was really neat, but Disney's tounge-in-cheek type stuff with Billy Crystal's character, and whatnot was pretty hokey...I much prefer Spirited Away.

I can recommend "You, Me and Everyone We Know." In fact I will recommend it.

....And it was fucking horrible, beyond bad. If one were asked what the qualia of badness was in terms of cinema, I would think of this movie. That or Armageddon.

Cool. Cool.

Will look to see it, if/when it hits MKE.

But, anything to report beyond that?

And what about the film Happy Endings..? I hear good things, and with Maggie Gyllenhall and Tom Arnold, you cannot really go wrong, but, yeah...

Everyone must see Murderball. It played early at a film festival here and it's by far the best movie of the year. Dem cripples is crazy.

i seriously wonder how many times you've seen the promos for this during "So You Think You Can Dance?"

i think the only press i've seen for this has been from you and HBO. and a inkstain of an article in the free newspaper here.
