A few years ago, I heard a story on NPR that discussed a photo taken of a street scene. I think it was taken in New York, but maybe it was taken in Kansas City. It was a shot of a street featuring the fronts of several clubs, some of which had headliner signs in front of them. I think it was in color, and it was taken at night, after a rain.

This isn't "A Great Day in Harlem" which is an amazing picture, but not the one I'm looking for. I've searched through the NPR archives, but couldn't find it there.

Does anyone know of its name, photographer etc? A link to the pic would be cool too.
