This is my first mix of 2007. It consists of my favorite songs from the last couple of years. RIYL: Power Pop, Chamber Pop, Brit Pop. Enjoy.

Code:
http://www.mediafire.com/?1zzmjn4nywd

01. Peel - Bells
02. Golden Bear - Amazing Edward
03. My Teenage Stride - Happy?
04. The 1900s - Whole Of The Law
05. Young And Sexy - Conventional Lullabies
06. The Radio Dept - A Window
07. The Music Lovers - Thank You, Cornelius Cardew
08. Lylas - Summer In A Sweater
09. Endor - Lead Balloons
10. Butcher Boy - Keep Your Powder Dry
11. The Mary Onettes - Still
12. Spain Colored Orange - Let It Go
13. You Say Party! We Say Die! - Giant Hands
14. Elk City - Los Cruzados

Note: That Mary Onettes album is fantastic. For fans of Echo and the Bunnymen, 80's music, etc.

I know none of these bands.
My reasoning for being here is to learn about new bands

I forgot to mention, Lylas are an Obner band. I don't remember who the poster is, but he's a poster here. Or was it CMJ?

All I remember is he sent me a demo a few years back, and last year they officially released their debut album.
