I can't fucking believe you convinced me to buy a tivo and wiki "fartlek" in the same day.

and seriously, that was so not worth it. I would've accepted "running shit you don't care about" and saved me those 11 seconds.

I was hoping that you wouldn't look into it at all. then I could have dragged it out like it was this embarassing concept that I was too troubled to discuss. seriously though, it says "Running Mix" right there at the top, nerd.
