How about that Tino Martinez? 9 HR's now with HR's in each of the last five games. I guess he's on a pace for somewhere between 42 HRs (based on 9 through 35) and 136 (if he continues to hit one in every game). Funny, I think Thrillhouse was calling him an "automatic out" last week.

How about Tom Gordon throwing curves again and being clocked at 97MPH at one point during today's game.

I predict the Yankees will be in first place by all star break.

Fuck the yankees!!!

Braves=Best Team in Baseball. I can't wait until the Boston series. Have the yankees won every game since Bellamy Road lost?

Yes, actually their winning streak started before Bellamy Road lost.

Braves - best Team in baseball?

sure! and thye got that one big championship over the last 15 years of their dominance to show for it. actually, i have no problem with Atlanta. they make the Mets lives miserable year after year.

The Mariners might be better than the Royals.

This begs the question- why dump Tino for Giambi in the first place, especially when Jeter was against the move?

cause at the time, Giambi was coming off a MVP .340 40 120hr season, while tino's numbers had started to decline.....

who knew Jasons wheels would fall off like they did? at the time , i mean.
