yes it was and yes we did.

apollo sunshine had two songs that started out with some poppy hooks but everything turned into 8 minute jams and by the time they got to the last few tunes i asked stacey if she had a power drill in her bag so i could bore holes in my head to relieve the pain. they were so horrible i wanted to heckle them but didn't.

ted leo was f*ing amazing. what a tight lil' band and incredible energy. it was fun except for the girl standing in front of me who had tremendous b.o.

stacey is as adorable and funny as ever. she cracks me up.

So glad you girls had a good time! Too bad you didn't have some air freshener for the girl in front. Guys with BO are bad enough but when it's a girl? I dunno, that's just highly more offensive in my book.

yeah, and she was holding onto a railing so it was up quite a bit. i was so happy when she went and got a drink 'cause it kept her arm down holding it.
