As I was leaving the Gang of Four show on Friday there were people handing out fliers w/ the lineups through the end of the summer for several Detroit-area venues, both big and small.
At the bottom of the back page is this listing:

Coldplay - 8/30 - DTE Energy Music Theatre

Far as I knew, their dates are super secret at this point, but these are official lineups put out jointly by the different venues.

Has anyone out there heard/seen anything like this in their cities?

I recieved an email from them saying something about a date in Wisconsin in July. I think the same weekend as Lollapalooza in Chicago.

The KC ( Bonner Springs, technically ) show has been announced in print ads, too.

Full tour will be announced by Thursday, apparently. Rumor is that either Rilo Kiley or Franz will be the openers.
