I've only seen 10 of them. I don't really watch many films...

The Apu Trilogy... nice.

EDIT:
Although horror movies are woefully neglected.
No Frankenstein?
No Dracula?
No Freaks?
No Night Of the Living Dead/Dawn Of the Dead?

I would place those above several of the selections they had there: including Cronenberg's The Fly (the only horror pick, aside from the very deserving Psycho).

Odd list. Seen 38 of them, 41 if you count the two Godfathers and three LotR movies as separate movies.

List sucks, no mention of Harley Davidson nor the Marlboro Man.

I've seen exactly half... and might I add, this is a pretty damn good list. The Decalogue is so fucking awesome.

I've seen about 40 of 'em. These lists are meant to be argued over and that's part of the fun.

Casablanca-Never saw what the big deal was
Citizen Cane-Yes, Orson was a genius. Yes, it's a well made film. Rosebud is the sled. We get it. So what?
The Fly-C'mon. I'm no trying to be a snob. It's entertaining but...
Once Upon a Time In The West-Sorry Billz. Yeah it's wonderfully filmed but holy jeez is it boring. I wanted to shove that harmonica up Bronson's ass by the end of the flick.
The Singing Detective-One of my favorite TV series ever. Why is it here though?
Unforgiven-People who griped about Million Dollar Baby should really be pissed off about this one. Crapola.

Finding Nemo, but no North By Northwest??

I'm supposed to take the list seriously?

I had low expectations about Casablanca. It blew me away. I wish movies today were half as good as this. I love westerns, and I think Unforgiven and Once Upon a time are two of the better ones ever. But I can easily see why people wouldn' like them. But I totally agree with Citzen Cane. Never need to see that again.

I've seen 30, most of which I think are good, but wouldn't make my list. I agree that Unforgiven is shit..but I think Eastwood should have his DGA card ripped apart, then put back together, burned and then scattered. His movies are just boring.

I like "Unforgiven" a lot. I love how you compartmentalize your hate. Probly never even SEEN that movie.

Y'all the Jon Koncak of movie appreciation. Respectable numbers, but on the whole, y'all sorry. (And white)

Saw it in the theatre, in Boone, NC with my grandfather and cousin Mikey. So, yeah, I remember the where, the when, and the why.

Plus, I'm obviously more of a zzz-grade Bill Walton or even Laker's Coach Phillip than Koncak. (Blair Rasmussen I may have copped to ;) )

To me Unforgiven is a movie that appeals to fans of the genre.

Still, It's criminal that the greatest western of all time the Wild Bunch is left off.

Where is Zulu? No best films list is complete without Zulu!

Often I'll put on my pretend pith helmet, magically take on the form of Stanely Baker and proclaim "I came here to build a bridge" while standing at my redoubt (or bedroom as it's better known).

Kinda relevant in todays world too, I guess some things never change eh?

don't discount Bill ("throw it down big man") Walton. He may have had an auspicious pro career but he is one of the top 3 college players EVER. And he has rings baby.

You are Priest Lauderdale.

That list was very heavy with flicks made before 1970.

Hell, now that I just saw Field of Dreams finally and it reduced me to a bawling mess through half of it because it was so damned awesome and heartfelt, can't figure how they could leave it off the list. James Earl Jones rules.

Field of Dreams isn't the best baseball movie. Not even second. Fine enough movie, but I ain't so sure it's top 100 material

I started counting how many I'd seen but when I saw that they listed Drunken Master II I just quit.
