I have had my 10gb since May '03, so I'm just waiting for the battery to die. When that day comes, I don't know what I'll do because I don't think I could last more than two days without it. I can't handle the gym without headphones on and now driving without an iPod in the car just seems stupid.

Yes, unfortunately. And I think that if you bought yours after May, 04, it aint covered.
