1) Touching Children in a sexual manner is the only crime I think they should use the death penalty for. The most wrong thing that anyone can do. I mean, I can think of 1000 reasons to kill a motherfucker, but not one to fuck a child.

I predict guilty on some counts. I don't know enough about what counts he's facing, but I think he'll be guilty of something.

Charges:

Conspiracy to committ child abduction, false imprisonment, extortion
Four charges of lewd acts on a child under 14
One charge of an attempted lewd act on a child under 14
Four charges of administering alcohol toenable child molestation.

With the length of deliberation I'm guessing he's going to be found guilty on multiple counts.

i have to admit, i think he's innocent of molesting THIS kid.
