ATTN: Dallas Obnetricians (FT, jagged, et al)

I'm gonna be in Plano/Dallas area from Wed July 20 through Sunday July 24 for a cousin's wedding. While most of the weekend will be filled with wedding-related stuff, I wanted to see if there were any noteworthy shows that Wed (20th) or Thurs (21st) that you were going to. I'm thinking I'd be able to get away for a night or two, but I can't say for sure yet, as I don't know if we will be renting a car or just having our cousins pick us up from the airport. Anyways, holler atcher boy and I will post more details as I become aware of them.

Yea I visited my brother who was stationed in Texas a few summers ago and other than being a little bit hotter temperature-wise, there wasn't much of a difference between there and NC.

that's actually the weekend that I'm gonna be in the Eugene/Portland area for my cousin's wedding...I'm leaving on the 21st, so we'll have to do something on Wednesday...I checked for shows, but didn't see anything...but we'll definitely get some grub and drinks

are you staying in Plano?...if so, you might be right on FT's way coming down here...so, yea, just keep us posted about what's going on and keep your fingers crossed that a good show will pop-up between now and then

Yeah, let's all plan on doing something that Wednesday night (July 20). Shawn's right, Tommy, I'm immediately adjacent to Plano, so I can provide the transportation.

Yea, I will be staying at my cousin's place in Plano, so we can work something out that way.

I think I have a late morning flight here in Charlotte that Wednesday, so I will be in TX by late afternoon at the latest, barring an unforeseen extended layover in Atlanta. Definitely like to grab some cold beers and maybe check out a record store (Good Records?).
