I'm going to be in Orlando from July 5-7 and Daytona Beach from July 7-10 for a family reunion and a wedding. Where in Orlando can I see a decent show (any good venues)? Is there any cool, interesting places I should check out (bars, musuems, events, cultural attractions, etc)

I've been saying it for years. Florida is the most backwards state in the union. People think Florida is beaches and old people, but in my experience that's the top of a deliverence iceberg.

I've been to Orlando, most recently last summer. I'm gonna go on a limb and say that there is no good place to see a show, nor is there any "culture" to speak of, excepting of course bacterial culture. Think stripmall, neon, hooptyride, family resturaunt, and discount disney tickets.
