Bow before me.

But seriously, from my perspective Obner tends toward more of a Jr. High than a church lately, for exactly this reason.

Hahahahahahahahaha

and here's a shoutout:

attn. 888: give me some justification on rating Exile a "6"

And I wont even mention you folks who gave it an "8" but a "6"; are you high?

I voted Exile as a 9, but I think it's about an 8.8 and was rounding up. I've always liked a couple of other stones albums better, that's all...

i didn't see the design rate thread. and while i do talk an inordinate amount of shit on this board i try to emit an equal amount of positive feedback/encouragement. I support all obnerites in all pursuits of life. unless that pursuit is to murder me. or become some sort of hippie. Well, there's a bunch i won't support, but you get my drift.

Looking over some of my ratings, I've actually been too generous to a bunch of stuff I don't like at all.

I'm about 1 listen away from being familiar enough with "Exile" to rate it, but when I do, I'll shock myself if it breaks a 7.

The good Senator can take the "1" he gave "Kid A," turn it sideways, and insert.

To keep this thread going. If you don't like Snoop Dogg - Doggystyle than you didn't like parties in 1993. PERIOD. It wasn't party music, it was THE party music.

I didn't like parties in 1993. I don't like parties now. Wait, I just plain don't like parties. Consider me "not a people-person." Get me one-on-one, and I'll talk. Put me in a room with lots of other people and you'll see me fade into the background. Or just escape.

I was kind with my "5". In fact, in comparison I gave "Ok" and "The Bends" both "9"s so I think I may have to lower that 5 to a 3 or 4 :nutkick:

The only thing I don't like about the charts is that it takes awhile to load the pages.

And what the fuck are you doing Elvis Fu giving Mclusky Do Dallas a 3? Cotton, straighten him out.

I haven't trashed anything out of spite, but I know some Pavement fans would like to crack me in the mouth.

I rate no albums out of spite, but I will call shit "shit."

I DON'T LIKE THE ALBUMS YOU LOVE BECAUSE YOU HAVE BAD TASTE. I'm not syaing that everyone has to love the Stones, I am saying that I don't have to love, like or even give your opinion a second thought if you don't like them, because to me it means you don't like music, and are a fucking moron. Is that clear enough?

Yeah Haq, I rated Kid A a 1, because it is unlistenable. Complete and utter pretentious shite that I cannot fucking abide. Same with Todd's album, which I believe is Pink Flag, which A) Hurts my ears and B) is only used by fucktards as a name check album. I said it. (and this should not be construed as an attack on Todd, he is sensitive, but I like him well enough)

And Spade, your "FLAME WAR" is another man's general bsing. If you geniuses haven't figured it out, Yail and I traffic in massive hyperbole. I believe at one time I told him to his face that if I "was as stupid as you I would kill my family for having me, and then kill myself." We toss nukes like y'all toss rocks. Get over it as the saying goes.

I like the charts, and I like that it has sparked MUSIC discussion (remember that ongoing arguments, busters)

That's it for now, but if need be I will wade back in here and cut another wrestling promo.

I hope this wasn't out of line in a house of GAWD?

If you look at the charts thread, I said I would rate only 10s and 1s, then backed down a bit when there were some I knew I had to rate, but couldn't fit this criterion.

Loogar, have you not figured out that the whole charts feature is just a trap, and that after you have rated a hundred albums i will reverse all of your ratings?
