My pick: Yail on both counts

I thought that was Johnny Thunders, and 'twas confirmed in the Rock name thread. Anytime the definition of punk came up on CMJ/Obner, I would reference the Burroughs quote. My appreciation towards both of these began nine years ago, when I read Legs McNeil's Please Kill Me.

I just selectively (meaning I skipped all the boring shit about Patti Smith) re-read that book last week; I had thought of using that Burroughs quote months ago but for some reason couldnt find it in the book;

Thunders has become, over the past couple of years, one of my favorite dudes in rock history....

My votes:

Avatars: I generally have them disabled lately.

Sig: Whoever has the Tom Cruise "You're glib" quote. That shit cracks me up no matter how many times I hear/read it.

I'll put up Busty, for reasons that he, I and Yail understand.

I also am a fan of my own sig. Yail be funny.
