a friend of ours was going to visit from phx but backed out until 2 weeks from now - we were going to do some rafting on the Deschutes River but now - probably go with a friend and the wife to do some hiking - maybe at the beach.

no more drinking - i am hung over from my SF adventures last night.

Unless someone is meeting the ex's parents or something, I doubt anyone can top me for least fun thing: back taxes.

Today: had taken off early in hopes of doing some yard work/flood cleanup but now I'm home and its raining again. Swell. I guess I'll wash some clothes and clean house.

Tonight: GF's birthday; going to some overpriced hip restaurant in ATL, drinking, canoodling....

Sat: Yard work, flood cleanup, planting a tree (finally got my Weeping Willow---the fucker is HUGE), possible BBQ at night.

Sun: BBQ at gf's mom's house. Eat. relax. Watch Entourage and 2nd season of The Wire DVD's.

My gf this morning is like, "Structured weekends suck; they offer nothing in terms of weekendedness"

The only thing I have planned this weekend is to have a chill dinner with the Cap'N and his better half.

And I couldn't be happier.

Maybe I should start getting my tolerence back up to par for my trip to ATL next weekend. YEAU!

that pussy couldnt/wouldnt do yard work if you saddled and whipped him like a Mississippi sharecropper.

But as for the running around and hobbnobbing, yeah.

Is smart enough to have a job, and not have a house where he has to do yard work. Unlike you, I've never so much as operated a RIDING lawn mower.

Beastie number one, down.
Beastie number two kickin' my ass. The harnesses are a horror-show, cut wires everywhere, tape everywhere so I can't tell what color is what, total spaghetti. I may have to replace everything :(
Needless to say, no tail lights, hence no driving tonight :(
