I'm not the world's biggest PJ Harvey fan, but if anyone chooses Cat Power, I will castrate them while slitting their throat and then shove their rotten bloody cock in the wound.

Cat Power.

And castration should not involve the penis.

Anytime you feel like a man, you are welcome to try. I suggest packing a lunch, a dinner and a maybe some breakfast, cos I will ship your monkey ass until I get tired, then whip it some more.

I think it's only fair that you MAKE him breakfast after "shipping" his "ass" all night, Dave.

Well, I mean, I usully have leftovers for breakfast, and he is welcome to them.

I was actually kinda proud of his use of hyperbole, and the fact that it made me sound 1/2 reasonable.

They both have some fine moments, but PJ brings it live.

PJ Harvey is an artist, intent and ambition visible in every move she makes.
Cat Power is a girl with a pretty voice.

What's with all the Cat Power hate? You're obviously all silly little boys who can't deal with a complex woman.

PJ is great too.

I love em both.

Have any of you Cat Power haters ever given Moonpix a listen?

...But if I had to choose it would be PJ---except for her last album, in which case I'd choose the Duke Spirit.

I love them both, but seeing Cat Power live annoyed me and left me feeling hollow and unfulfilled.

I can't imagine losing half my body weight...

I voted for Polly Jean, but Cat Power has great moments too. That said, both have had some annoying moments. Chan's cover of "(I Can't Get No) Satisfaction" almost gave her the victory. What an amazing song. Anyone who hasn't listened to her should check that one out.
