Prob no cd's but I'm at least going to get The Big Lebowski: Achiever's Edition and perhaps Batman Begins 2CD edition.

I don't think I'm going to be able to find it, but the first Explosions in the Sky album, How Strange, Innocence is released today. I'll prob have to mailorder it.

Actually, I think that was last week, as I already have it and have listened to it.

It's quite good -- if you like the others, you'll like this one, too.

I forget where I found my copy: Tower or Borders. I'm pretty sure it's Tower, 'cause Borders has been sucking for my "deep catalog" tastes, of late.

I bought Boards of Canada yesterday but I've not had time to listen to it yet.

I also intended to get Lightning Bolt but I couldn't find it in the shops. Perhaps the release date has been put back in the UK? I'll have to do some investigating on that score.

My bank account slapped me in the ass and called me bitch several days ago, so it'll be a few before I can pick up anything.

have you heard it? i felt it was a huge letdown compared to their last album, which i love. too mellow this time around, and the riffs just aren't there for me.

I might buy the Boards of Canada this week, but I'll wait until Thursday because I have a coupon at Borders that starts on the 20th.

This is one of my most important weeks of the year (the three albums I listed), and Deerhoof came out last week, but besides that I can't think of a single album I'm looking forward to for the rest of the year.

Just curious -- what's the actual details of the coupon? They usually email one out that's similar at the same time...% off, expiration date, CDs only/anything/total $ purchase/5 items?

Yeah, I mean I haven't really followed them or anything but I think I remember liking their song on your mix. I'll have to recheck.

There's just nothing that I'm really DYING for that I know of at the moment like there has been the last few weeks.
