I haven't listen to that album in a good 10 years. I can't remember a single track of it where as their 'proper' debut seems a bit more memorable ('Neck Freak, Teeth Grinder etc).

Yeah, I like Nurse more also. Troublegum was their biggest Stateside release thanks to "Screamager." I'm still amazed at how distinct their sound is compared to their mid-90s alt-metal peers. Not necessarily better (tho' damn good) but unique.
