Which "Freaks & Geeks" character do you see in yourself when you look inwardly? Or gawk outwardly?

I'm definitely a bit of Lindsay and Nick.

I remember seeing one, maybe two, episodes (not enough to participate in your poll, Jonatha; I am just a lowly dork) and enjoying this show. I am not sure why I didn't watch it until its untimely end. It's on DVD now, isn't it?

When it first came out on video we nabbed it via rentflix. The series was excellent.

Whatever, fickerson, she was finding her groove, man.

But she did look ridiculous. Very few girls can pull that off, though. And, you know, I'm a guy and I voted for Lindsay (the last episode sealed it). Perhaps I should write-in Ken's girlfriend Amy as an option.

If you feel there is someone else that best matches you, feel free to name him/her.

:)

i suppose then that i would be a mixture of lindsay and kim kelley, with a little bit of bill's complete dorkiness thrown in for good measure.

my roommate got that DVD this summer and we literally did not do anything else until we had watched every episode, extras, etc.

I just watched the first 5 episodes of this tonight. It's pretty good, but I don't think it cracks me up as much as something like Arrested Development. I do think that Bill Haverchuck has all the best lines, especially the scene in the halloween episode where he's dressing up as jamie sommers.

And it shouldn't, it's not really a comedy. I wouldn't want it to sacrifice the realism for the sake of humor. The reason I fell in love (and I assume most people did) is because the humor that was there was as close to "real" as TV generally gets, and the drama was also equally "real."

Unfortunately, I had to vote "Sam" above, because that was totally me, except I didn't get to dance with the cute cheerleader girl.
