4 out of 20 on my list- no surprise. I never had any indie cred.

That was a fun read. I like the discontented ones.

No no. You have more cred with less on the list.

Since voting, I've picked up andrew bird, and am enjoying it greatly.

This was a fun read.

very disappointing.

The reviews were, for the most part, good though.

And thanks to everyone who made this possible, we all 'preesh.

Oh well. Better luck next year, I guess.

Don't get me wrong, it's not a bad list, but...Antony at #18? Sheesh.

Huh.

It wasn't a great year for music, but it wasn't nearly as bad as this list suggests. There is one album on the list I would willingly listen to again.

The reviews were better than expected though.

Well said, but I may be part of it. 6 of my top 10 and 13 of my top 30 made the overall list.

Surprised Josh Rouse didn't make it. Not surprised about the hip-hop absence: the indie/crunk wall is thicker than most of our political discussions here. Edan ain't Madvillain, and that only got to #16 last year.

Mad props to crack for the review concept. Better results than I imagined.

I liked the idea that the blurbs would bring but failed like I originally thought. I know no-one will agree with me and didn't even finish but will.

My favorite album of last year was Black Sheep Boy and to expect Timmy to get it would never happen. Not to pick on you but you happen to review my favorite album of 2005. First the best song is reveled immediately with song two being “For Real” and than two songs later you get the amazing “Black.” The album takes you on a little adventure with the story unfolding with every song. The lyrics are astonishing with Will Sheff going way beyond his vocal range but feels so passionate about this record that it works. The honesty, passion, and chances are what separated this record for the pact and Obner got it, great job board!

Not going to get into Robotboy review of LCD because this isn’t the type of music he likes so the review it what is expected.

I could go into just about every album but I won’t, people seem to be getting sick of me. It’s all about the music…

"Some nights I thirst for real blood, for real knives, for real cries.
And then the flash of steel from real guns in real life really fills my mind. Then I really miss what really did exist when I held your throat so tight. And I miss the bus as it swerved from us and almost came crashing to its side.
Sometimes the blood from real cuts feels real nice when it's really mine. And if you want it to be real, come over for a night, we can really, really climb,..."

Sketch has been agreeing with me left, right and centre today.

At last I can say: I've made it.

Dude, were you drunk when you wrote this? I'm prone to errors myself, but...

No, it's about everyone knowing/believing/caring that you feel it's all about the music. Difference.

A democratic vote produces horrifying results. This could set a precedent!
