I just saw a short film made by your countrymen, Tama Tu. Have you seen it?

Nah i haven't seen it but im quite keen to. There are some interesting stories about Maori battalions in WW2.

If you want a good new kiwi film see No. 2 if it comes to America. It's written and directed by my second cousin, and won the people's choice award at Sundance. It's also based on my grandmother's family.

Tama Tu was really good. There are so many good Maori stories that need to be made into films.

How do I find the movie, No.2? I don't think it played here at our film festival.

It only just opened here, and just got distro in europe i think. I dont know if it will head to the US or not yet
