Yeah, there's a thread on the rap forum but no one ever goes over there.

HOLY SHIT this album is good. I didn't listen to any of it ahead of time because I didn't want to know what to expect, but I didn't think it was going to be anywhere near this great.

The only track I don't know about yet is "Be Easy". I may come around to it after a few more listens though.

Still, I don't know if it passes Supreme Clientele yet. The beats on the new one aren't quite as raw, but they're still incredible for the most part. Why didn't the RZA contribute? Did Ghostface and RZA have a falling out, or did Ghostface just choose not to work with him?

Picked it up last night but have yet to give it a listem. The only track I had heard up to now was "Be Easy" and I thought it was a damn good song. Maybe too much of a party anthem for Ghostface, but I guess partly due to Pete Rock producing (he did produce that track, right?).

It was 7 bucks at Best Buy, but I bought Yeah Yeah Yeahs instead. I should go back today. Maybe it will still be on sale.

every song is awesome.
he's pretty much the best rapper ever.

rappers aren't supposed to get better in their 30's.

i was reading somewhere
or somebody was telling me
eitherway, it was yesterday

but your musical abilities supposedly don't plateau until your mid-late 30's

i hope thats enough time for me to learn how to rap

rock and rap don't have much evidence to prove that to be true.

Don't get me wrong, I love Ghostface party tracks (well maybe except "Tush"). I was guessing that was maybe why Blue Milk didn't like it.

the song with biggie doesn't make any sense on this album.
it sounds really out of place.

i wish people would stop using biggie on their new songs.

i thought the same thing
the conversation was about classical musicians
i thought maybe you could apply it all around
and it still gave me hope

but the more that i think about it
...
prolly not the case

Bought this one yesterday, but ended up watching Wonder Showzen last night instead.

I like how on Dogs Of War they stop just short from using the whole Family Affair chorus sample.

yeah its a great, consistent album

Pretty Toney was great, but a little all over the map - the awesomeness of 'Run', 'Biscuits' and 'It's Over' and the lows of 'Tush' etc
