...who wears a cheap white shirt with a cheap polyester tie and a 'pimp' hat, and always smokes a fat cheap cigar? They're always pretty tall and thin with bad hair and slightly bad acne. And you always go, "who the fuck is that tosser", in front of one of those stupid girls who thinks guys like that are cool, and they do that 'disgusted' facial expression and then say "His name is Chris, and you know, he's actually a really cool guy." and then you go "nah i'm pretty sure he's not", and then they walk away. Why are they always called Chris? I FUCKEN HATE THOSE GUYS.

Why is there one of these idiots at every party, whether it is a costume party or not?

This dude was at lots of parties I went to back when but was greatly outnumbered by the Andrew WK-Larry The Cable Guy hybrids and all the dudes who thought they were Tom Selleck but looked like New England versions of Cheech Marin.

I used to see these guys at the formals I went to for my girlfriend's Sorority.
I always thought 50% of them were decent , ordinary guys, the other half were complete douchebags.

I know I used to party with guys like the dude in Frosted's pic. He'd be ok in my book for drinking the Urquell. He'd only lose points if he spilled the beer on me or wouldn't shut up about Phish. Half the people I partyed with in college never shut up about Phish or DMB, and I'd still rate them as cooler than the cigar guy.
I've also seen that guy at bars now wearing some punk or metal band tee and telling some outrageous story. Guys like that tend to spit as they talk exceptionally loud.
