regular white rice with a spicy tomato/beef based sauce. It's a Nigerian dish.

Those eggs with toast and Canadian Bacon sound good. So does the rice.

Aero, are you Nigerian? What other sorta Nigerian dishes do you know how to make?

yeah. but I was born in the states. This particular dish is my favorite food ever, so of course I can't make it (me Mum made some for me and I brought it with me after Christmas holiday). I need to learn some day. I can (kind of) make another rice dish (Jolof rice), but it's not quite as spicy, and meat is not cooked as part of the stew itself.

For Nigerians, rice is a food group.

I got some leftover French Toast. Think of it as a homemade Denny's.

Speaking of Subway...one of my new clients is the franchising company for all Subway locations in LA County.

Worthless piece of info, I know.

Damn right. I don't know how anyone can stand Subway. Their meager meat rations make me hungrier, nothing like Quizno's or Blimpie.
