they do have produce sections in Oregon strip clubs.

The state motto is: Baby Spinach and Poon Tang all under one roof.

I wouldn't, if I already had a job lined up.
I plan on walking from my current job, once I find a respectable replacement position.
I say fuck the two week notice if they have no use for you or really screwed you over.

Suck it up and go in. The day's pay will come in handy.

Go and just sit. Don't do anything. If anyone says anything to you, just flip dem da bird. Eventually you will be asked to go home. Problem solved.

If you don't need this place for a resume or reference now that you have a better job, I'd take this advice. I'd also wear something that you wouldn't normally wear for work. The more offensive or absurd the better.

Yeah, do the immature thing. That's the ticket!

No need to burn bridges here. Take the cash you make and buy yourself something dumb.

I just came home from work. I'm a checkout chick too (that's assuming you are one). This morning, just before I'm about to walk out the door, my boss calls me up to tell me today is 'Country Day' and we all have to dress up in a country-esque way. I was contemplating quitting as soon as she told me, but I didn't and I made it through my entire shift wearing a chequered flannelette shirt and a straw hat (hats are compulsory [yes, a hat inside]). Not only do they forget to let me eat sometimes, they don't let me go to the toilet before 6 hours. I'm thinking of bringing a portable toilet into my register/area. Being a checkout chick just isn't easy.

Haha, well I don't think I did too bad seeing as I had 5 minutes to find something to wear. The only part of that outfit that belonged to me was the jeans & shoes and then I just raided my step-mum's closet. I should have tucked the shirt into my jeans.

i'm confused. but i'm also very, very drunk, so that's not helping.

p.s. - CP- don't go to work, you won't even remember this job in five years.

i'd go in and get money, but then again i've never had a job that i've hated so much like this.
