Eko & Locke scenes are very good. Good actors.

The observation hatch equipment was at least a decade older than the Losties hatch equipment.

Of course the only monitor that works is the one showing the hatch they occupy. No snooping on the others.

Eko's head butt expression was one of the best half-seconds of TV ever.

Eko's or Locke's? Cause I thought Locke's was priceless.

And the film was copyright 1980. The problem is, what year is it for them? It started out in, what, 2004? and it was set in present-day then. And it seems to be set in present-day now too. But they haven't been on the island for two years. They've only been there a few months.

so has anyone successfully gone through this yet?

great episode... it only gets better from here on out.... No idea how the "finale" plays out to make a cliff hanger for next season, but we are supposed to learn via flashback about how the plane crashed, Desmond returns, the numbers make sense, and kelvin is revealed.

Would it be too cheesy to have a Vincent "the dog" flashback? I think it's coming given he was boarded up under the plane in the cargo hold and saw what transpired. ....give me a vincent flashback biotches.

My fucking tape cut off - seriously - just as Libby was sort of gasping like she was just about to say something to Hurley.

she said "michael..." and looked scared, jack told her "michael's ok, he made it" and then she died. kate snuggled up to sawyer for comfort, hurley cried. shot of michael in armory, scary music.

Oh, OK. Guess I didn't miss much. I wonder if we'll get a Libby backstory now? I don't really get the logic of having her die so soon. I guess it ties into the Hurley-is-bad-luck thing.

She said "Michael", then died. Hurley cried. Michael is standing in abandoned lockdown room alone with menacing expression.

Isn't the "back-to-life" girl's dad (the psychic) the one who saw one of the passengers (maybe Locke, I can't remember) earlier and the advice got scary?
