Oh good grief...

Sorry for complaining guys, but it's just a little ridiculous:

- totally flat broke ($0.00 bank balance) because my paycheque got delayed 2 weeks
- hung over from last night
- PMS/cramps
- stupidhead woman I'm supposed to be meeting with at work keeps blowing me off and making lame excuses for not getting her work done.
- edit: oh... and it's freezing in this damn office.
- edit: itchy mosquito bites
- edit: allergy season in full effect

And you?

(Luckily it's all superficial, annoying stuff... apart from these stupid things my life is great these days)

1. I gave an old web designer a second chance, benefit of the doubt opportunity, and he has let me down again.

2. I got so many of my exercise and health issues in check, yet i still cant eat as well as I should.

3. I need about 7 days of seclusion to catch up on all the movies i have rented and or bought over the last year.

4. Need an additional 7 days or so to go through the music which has accumulated in my collection.

I guess, it aint all bad right now.

My gf has gained probably somewhere around 25 lbs since we got together and she started her current job. I mean she's not FAT, but she could totally stand to lose a few. She hates being over wieght, but she thinks she has no time to exercise. Granted, she works WAY more than I do. But she doesn't take a lunch break EVER. 30 minutes is 30 minutes. Anyone can find 30 minutes to do something, even walking.

I guess my complaint is that I wish she'd stop bitching and DO SOMETHING about it. If she was fine with the way she looked, I'd be totally fine, no problem. But I don't want to hear bitching if you aren't willing to do anything about it. My last gf did that, and it was annoying as fuck.

And believe me, I've battled with wieght my entie adult life, I know how it is. It's not something that infuriates me, I just want her to be happy with herself. Just makes everything a lot easier.

That is seriously the only thing I can think to complain about. I guess I'm doing pretty good.

I've lost alot and I've still got a first grader to go. If weight's an issue, it's always an issue, i'm sure deena gets sick of me bitching about it, and I don't eat like shit, and I bike damn near everywhere I go. Weight's a tough one.

These last nine days of school are unbearable. Hot, sweaty, stinky kids. Teachers are going nuts. I'm teaching music on a cart now, because my principal is fucking with me.

And deena's been working insane hours since January, and now she's worn herself out and is sick, and I wish i was home drinking a fat tire, i mean, taking care of her.

Oh yes, I almost forgot:

I went to the country this past weekend and am now totally covered in nasty mosquito bites the size of quarters. :(

When I had the dog out this morning, a 20-foot pvc pipe fell off the back off a truck and flipped past my head over a bridge and into a river. The truck kept going and the pipe floated away.

Seriously.

And I, in turn, am grateful for the email I just got from my boss saying he's canning the *ss of the above-mentioned woman who hasn't given me any of the work she was supposed to... and replacing her. Phew!

Tried to get the truck's plate number, but the tailgate was down and the truck was going uphill.

Thought about reporting it, but decided it'd be funnier for a 20 foot pipe to wash up on someone's lawn miles downstream.

I wish allergy season was over with. I rode a 68 mile ride this past weekend, and by the end it looked like I'd been punched in the face-- bloodshot eyes, puffy face, etc.

Busty, your girlfriend will do something when she's ready. For me, it was seeing a photo of myself and I thought "who is that fat woman?" I joined WW, dropped 40 lbs, and have kept it off and stayed active.

Reading the 11:30 news on air last hour and I come upon this typo, courtesy of my sainted boss:

"A thick fag is thought to have contributed to a head-on near Presque Isle overnight..."

Had to shut the microphone off for about ten seconds after that one.

Oh course... how could I forget? Senor Six & I have been sneezing non-stop for the past couple of days due to allergy season. (!!)

Yeah I know. [Veruca Salt voice]But I want her to be ready NOW![/Veruca Salt voice]

I've just been really hitting things pretty hard the last 3 months (gym, bike, running) and it'd be really cool to be able to do all that stuff with her instead of trying to fit in in when she's not around because I know she won't do it right now.

But I know what you're saying, totally.

i am hr support for around 1200 employees in about 20 different countries, and there are a lot of managers and employees out there that need help with something or the other...as well as our own internal HR meetings. some of them are pretty ridiculous tough.
