I decided to bring it up because I have to work today, and like everyday that I have to work where I stay up till 3 in the morning, I'm groggy as shit.
....fuck man.

I'll be taking diphenhydramine pills the next few nights to make sure I get to sleep early. The morning guy and morning newsguy are away and I'm working splits. Gotta get up at 3 through next Wednesday.

I'm a fan. Especially this week.

It's awesome. I wish I could still sleep late but my natural alarm clock is now set at 7:00 am. I can stay up till 5:00 am and I'll still be up at 7:00 am.

This has happened to me lately. The problem is my alarm is 5:45, when the dog always needs to go out. Some days I can go back to sleep, but many a Saturday morning finds me sitting in bed and reading until I can't stand it anymore.

Thank god for weekends. I can sleep in til noon. Otherwise, I'm up by 7:00 every morning, so I try to get to bed by midnight.

Yeah, I thought we were going to be discussing the band Sleep, of whom I've sadly only heard clips, not albums, and liked what I heard, and therefore I am disappointed because I wanted to know more. Thread does not deliverer, except for my ace men Nothingface and Stone here. I'm going to need a little more solid good stuff from the rest of you people.

As for that OTHER sleep - yeah, I love it. Depression / laziness has led to many 10 hour plus nights of sleep the last couple of months. How about spooning? That's almost as good as sleep.

Check out Dopesmoker which is essentially the same album as Jerusalem but in its originally intended format, one hour-long song. It takes sludge/stoner metal to ridiculous and awesome lengths.

I have been enjoying it this week (getting up @ 7:30 AM every day), but next week I know I will miss it dearly (getting up @ 5:00 AM every day).

you should the US NEWS about dreams...i only sleep like 3 hours a night. spend the rest of the time reading and writing. and here.

i could sure use some sleep right about now....late night of drinking then having to work the next day from 8am-5pm is rough!
