Anyone else a useless sleepyhead like me?

Even if I had a good night's sleep the night before I often cannot resist the urge for an afternoon nap. I feel like such a lazyhead. I could be so much more productive.

Sleep sleep and more sleep, please.

i have a 545am flight to phx in the morning - that will be fun. sleep - who needs it?

I just awoke from my daily nap on the metro. It's embarassing. Unless I have company, I completely nod off, but always wake up at my stop.

I was just diagnosed with narcolepsy last Monday. I've been taking medication since then (Provigil), but it doesn't help much so far.

1. depression/anxiety
2. anemia
3. sleep apnea
4. narcolepsy
5. metabolic disease
