Garlic is awesome. I'd probably be more likely to make out with a girl who just ate garlic.

I always thought garlic would be crunchy when cooked.

One of the greatest disappointments of my life.

I have this friend who is really anti-microwave. He keeps telling me to not eat anything out microwaves. He claims that if you "nuke" a cup of water and then let it cool down to room temperature and use it to water a plant that the plant will die in 24-hours. I dunno...just saying what he said...I am still eating microwave food because my kitchen in in shambles and the stove isn't set up yet.

Garlic, on the other hand, is supposed to be very good for you healthwise (not being kissed wise).

A microwave oven uses microwaves to heat food. Microwaves are radio waves. In the case of microwave ovens, the commonly used radio wave frequency is roughly 2,500 megahertz (2.5 gigahertz). Radio waves in this frequency range have an interesting property: they are absorbed by water, fats and sugars. When they are absorbed they are converted directly into atomic motion -- heat. Microwaves in this frequency range have another interesting property: they are not absorbed by most plastics, glass or ceramics. Metal reflects microwaves, which is why metal pans do not work well in a microwave oven.

Take a knife and cut a clove into very thin slices. Heat up some olive earl in a pan on high heat (careful though, olive earl has a pretty low smoke point) and toss the little slices into the oil to crisp 'em up into tiny little garlic chips. Cool them down on a paper towel (salt/pepper/season at this point, if desired) to soak up any extra earl, and you can throw them bitches on a salad. Good times.

I like to position my brain between my car radio antenna, xm antenna and cell phone.

Agreed.

Microwaves are essentially a faster way to boil water. I doubt it's hurting you.

That said, I cook on the stove or in the oven cause it tastes better, and really, that's what it's all about.

I've never owned one, but we're warming up tamales in Deena's microwave cuz she is hungry now.

Alot of arguments throughout history could have been avoided if people took the time to stop talking and start eating.

Dinner time, laters.
