Many times I find myself on travelling alone on a train at a given level of intoxication. I'm thinking I should keep something handy to help me from falling asleep but not too intellectually demanding. I'm leaning toward comic strip anthologies and graphic novels. Any recs?

you could search for any thread where i recommened the Preacher to someone, there's probably some other good suggestions in there. I'm looking to get the wife a copy of the Neil Gaiman marvel book, Marvel 1609 or something, with the heroes reimagined in the 17th century. what's that, victorian? elizabethean? i dunno, but the wife like Gaiman for some reason.

I once had the idea of writing a novel from the perspective of Wil E. Coyote.

Anybody want to pay me for the idea?

I always used to read this book on airplanes because it just has a nice simple flow.
