PM coming your way. Hopefully the link still works... if not, can someone re-up? I can't get to that machine today.

You should give another chance, or at least just listen to the second half.

It's definitely not as exciting as I had hoped, but I think it's pretty solid (based on only one listen).

I will, Drinky. But I am steadfast in my stubbornness today. Maybe tomorrow.

will someone send it to me as well? if the link is still valid.. i listened to the two tracks available on the board and i liked what i heard, so i'd appreciate if i could download a copy of what i'm guessing is the full album that's being passed around via personal messages.

"Don't Come Down Here" is the best track on the album. It has the epic feel the rest of the album wants.

I think "Selina's Melodie Fountain" is the best track still, from the one time I've heard the album. I LOVE that constant transistion between the Stereolab and Sonic Youth sounds on that song.

The first track sounds like Spiritualized. I didn't like it 'cause it sounds like ...

Gave a full listen and a disjointed listen in the car, and I really like this. I'll definitely be spinning it a few more times this weekend.

I've seen this album now in stores around here for a pretty reasonable price. I feel like I should buy it as much as I've listened to it and like it, but I'm kinda afraid it's gonna get some cheaper domestic release next year that'll come with like an extra disc of bonus tracks. That shit always seems to happen with imports now.

Where was I on this one? Right up my alley. Just got it from my 50 free Emusic downloads. The Black Angels are next.

I like it a bunch. They came to town and played a little club with about 30 or so people there. Guess they haven't caught on for a lot of people yet. If ya like Loveless, this one is an easy call.
